"Not me!" Monday....

Welcome to Not Me! Monday! This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.

I did not let my dishes go until Thursday, only to not give up after one load. Then I did not let my daughter not think she was bribing me to buy her a movie in the $5 bin at Walmart, to not do the rest of the dishes for me. Nope, not me!

And it wasn't me that pretended to give in OhSoReluctantly, to let my son stay home to play at the neighbor's while I did my shopping. Nope, not me!

I did not come home to my messy house in DIRE need of a cleaning, and not put in a movie. And I absolutely, did NOT proceed to throw my feet up, and not enjoy the complete silence in the house. Nope, not me!

Then, I did not hesitate the tiniest bit, wishing the kids were home to spend a movie night with me. I am SO not that sappy. Nope, not me!

It must have been someone else that waited for the kids to go to bed, so they could sneak a bowl of very yummy ice cream, because it definitely wasn't ME!

I am not the mean mommy that made the kids stay home to work on 4-H record books, and not call and grandma to see if they could go swimming. Nope, not me!

So, it for sure wasn't me that kept the kids up till 9:30pm, because I did not drive them to McDonald's to get an vanilla cone. What kind of mother would do that? Nope, not me!
